Contest Rules
A free giveaway, no purchase necessary, organized by Milvue on the occasion of the major international football tournament of summer 2026. Entering implies acceptance of these rules.
Article 1 - Organizer
Milvue, registered office at 35 rue Vaugelas, 75015 Paris, France, Paris Trade and Companies Register 841 005 432, SIRET 84100543200015, represented by Alexandre Parpaleix, President (the "Organizer").
Article 2 - Duration
The giveaway runs from 29 June 2026 (00:00) to 19 July 2026 (23:59), Paris time, inclusive.
Article 3 - Entry
The giveaway is open to any natural person of legal age working in the field of radiology or medical imaging, excluding employees of the Organizer. Entry is free, with no purchase necessary, and limited to one per person.
To enter: complete the form available on milvue.com and on the TechCare Report site during the giveaway period (professional e-mail address, institution, role, the country you support in the competition). Any incomplete or late entry is void.
Article 4 - Selection of winners
Winners are selected by random draw from among all eligible entrants, within seven (7) days after the competition ends.
To keep the game lively, each entrant's number of chances in the draw depends on how far the country they support goes (only the highest applicable coefficient applies, with no stacking):
- winning country of the competition: 5 chances;
- finalist country: 3 chances;
- semi-finalist country: 2 chances;
- any other case: 1 chance.
Ten (10) winners are drawn. They are notified individually by e-mail at the address provided on entry.
Article 5 - Prize
Each winner receives free access to the Pro plan of the TechCare Report web application for six (6) months from activation.
TechCare Report is a productivity tool that assists with report writing, and is not a medical device. The prize is personal and nominative; it cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or converted into cash. The Organizer may replace it with an equivalent prize if it becomes unavailable. The winner has fourteen (14) days to confirm acceptance, failing which the prize may be reassigned.
Article 6 - Personal data
Data is processed by Milvue, as data controller, to manage the giveaway (entry, draw, notification and prize delivery), on the basis of these rules. Subject to separate consent, the e-mail address may be used to share information about Milvue products; this consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Under the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, each entrant has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercisable with the data protection officer at dpo@milvue.com. See the Milvue privacy policy.
Article 7 - Liability and fraud
The Organizer cannot be held liable for any network malfunction, data loss or force majeure. Any fraudulent entry, or entry in breach of these rules, leads to the entrant's exclusion.
Article 8 - Rules and governing law
These rules may be consulted free of charge at this address throughout the giveaway; the Organizer may amend them, any amendment being published on this page. They are governed by French law. Any claim must be sent in writing to the Organizer; failing an amicable resolution, the dispute falls to the competent French courts.
