What is AI radiology dictation?
Voice-driven reporting specialised for radiology. TechCare Report understands medical terminology, measurements, laterality and reporting style, then produces a structured report, built around how radiologists actually read. Over one million reports have already been produced with TechCare Report.
Is TechCare Report a medical device?
No. TechCare Report is subscription reporting-assistance software, not a medical device: the radiologist validates and signs every report. Pathology detection is a separate product, the Milvue Suite, CE class IIa marked.
What is the difference between Strict and Copilot?
Strict: raw voice recognition, no rephrasing, you dictate and it transcribes. Copilot: it rephrases more precisely in your style, computes volumes, scores and classifications on demand, suggests completion of the sections you did not dictate and an automatic conclusion. Switch between the two in one click, and you validate everything before signing.
Can it answer a question about a classification or guideline?
Yes, with agent mode (Pro plan). Without leaving the report, just ask out loud: it answers from your own classifications and guidelines, with sources.
Does it replace my current voice recognition?
Yes. TechCare Report is high-performance medical speech recognition trained for radiology, measurements, scores, laterality and specialised vocabulary across 17+ languages, with no dictionary to train. Your SpeechMike keeps its shortcuts; it simply gets more accurate. You no longer need a separate engine.
Which languages are available?
17+ languages, including French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Polish, with continuous translation on delivery: dictate in your own language and file the report in your practice's reference language.
Is my data secure, and where is it hosted?
TechCare Report is hosted with an HDS-certified healthcare-data provider in France. No dictation is reused to train any model without your explicit consent.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TechCare Report is a web app: open your browser, sign in and dictate, in minutes and with no IT project. Nothing to install and no RIS or PACS connection is required to start; SpeechMike drivers are handled by your operating system. Your templates, preferences and reports follow you from one workstation to the next, at the practice or on call.
Does it work with my SpeechMike?
Yes. Start, pause, stop and send are mapped to the keys already under your thumb, and remappable to your usual buttons. Your buttons, your flow.
Can I keep my eyes on the images while dictating?
Yes, that is the whole point. The live transcript stays out of your reading field, and dictation continues when you scroll the report, switch to your PACS or change windows. The structured report is presented for review once you are done.
What happens if the dictation gets something wrong?
A quality-control pass flags inconsistencies, missing information and spelling before you sign. TechCare Report never corrects in your place: the radiologist keeps the last word. Quality control is available on the Pro plan.
Does it connect to my RIS or PACS?
The standalone solution needs no RIS or PACS connection to start. The Enterprise / Milvue Suite plan adds RIS/PACS integration, prefilling from Milvue (and partner) AI results, group deployment and SSO.
How much does it cost, and is there a free plan?
Yes: the Starter plan is free, forever, with no credit card. Essential and Pro are billed per user per month, with no seat cap; Enterprise is on quote and covers group deployment and SSO. Move between plans whenever you want.
Does it replace my existing reporting system?
No. It works on top of how you already dictate, your own templates included, and removes the lag between dictation and a signable draft. Integrated with the RIS/PACS, it delivered up to +64% more exams read per session at a partner radiology center.
